Check Information

You may pay for your rental using a personal check provided that the check is in US dollars and drawn from a US bank, and provided that the check clears prior to occupancy.  The keys will not be issued if the check has not cleared the bank (prior approval is necessary).

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your payment to be fully processed once we receive it. Expected delivery times are based on the date your payment is fully processed and not the date you mail your payment.

Checks must have a valid nine-digit US bank routing number and account number on the bottom of the check.

Returned checks will be subject to a returned check fee of $25. We reserve the right to refer any checks returned to us for collection at the issuers expense.
