forms of payment do you accept? We
accept money orders, cashiers checks and credit cards
through Pay Pal.
We will also accept personal checks for the initial deposit
provided that there is enough time for the check to clear
the bank prior to your arrival. For

What
is the check in time? Check
in time is 3:00 PM.
Early check in times are allowed when the unit has been
cleaned and is ready for occupancy. Prior approval is

What
is your cancellation policy?
We
require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking to confirm
and guarantee your reservation (money orders, cashier’s
checks, or credit cards), the other 50% is payable prior
to arrival. We must receive the balance prior to you
occupying the premise.
We
will refund your deposit less a $100 administrative fee, if
canceled 60 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations
made with less than 60 days before of arrival are subject to
forfeiture of the entire rental fees.
We
understand there are reasons that might prevent you from
keeping your reservation, and we are fair and willing to
work with you. If you have to cancel for good reason, we
will allow you to use your rental fee deposit for a future
visit depending on availability, less the $100.00
administrative fee. Good
reason will be determined on a case-to-case basis. Or if we
are successful in re-renting, we will credit you your entire
deposit less the $100 administrative fee.
Please
keep in mind that renting a vacation rental home or
apartment is different from renting a hotel room. A
last-minute cancellation for a vacation rental will usually
result in the owner losing all of his or her revenue for
that period reserved.

How
do I get the keys to the apartment? Approximately
one week prior to your arrival, you and the property manager
will make contact by phone and make arrangements to meet
when you arrive in Puerto Rico. At the time of your meeting,
he will give you the keys and go over a few things with
you. If for some reason you are unable to meet, we will FED EX the keys to
you prior to your arrival. Back

you allow smoking? Smoking
is prohibited inside the apartment and the complex. It is allowed outside

What
are the sleeping arrangements in the two bedroom coral beach
apartment?
The two bedroom
Coral Beach apartment has a king size bed in the master
bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen
size high quality air bed that can be placed anywhere in the
apartment. There is also a sofa and love seat in the family
room that can be used to sleep on. For more information

How
do I get from the airport to the condo coral beach
apartment?
If
your taking a taxi from the airport, tell the driver that
you are going to Condo. Coral Beach in Isla Verde.
If
you are renting a car at the airport, following the
directions below.

going toward the AIRPORT EXIT on SJU
- go 1.5 mi

SJU
becomes CARRETERA DE ACCESO - go 0.3
mi

Turn
right onto CARR 26 - go 2.4 mi

Take
ramp onto CARR 187 - go 0.6 mi

left on CARR 37 - go 0.5 mi

at Condo. Coral Beach
However,
you must make arrangements with the property
manager prior to going to the apartment. Security will
not allow you access without the keys and a
vehicle sticker. The property manager will make
arrangements with you prior to your arrival in Puerto

When
do I get my security/cleaning deposit back? Your
security deposit is fully refundable within 30 to 45
business days after you check out provided that real and
personal property are in the same condition as when
occupancy commenced, there are no long distance phone
charges and that all terms of this agreement have been met. Back

Do
you have Internet Access? Yes,
Condo Coral Beach has high speed wireless Internet access
through One Link Cable Company in Puerto Rico. The
connection has been secured for your protection. The access
code will be provided to you upon request. We
do not have a computer or printer on the premise.
However, there is an Internet Cafe within walking distance
where you can print or fax if you need to. Back
